This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and have a conversation about your aspirations and goals to see if they are aligned with our company and the various career paths in opportunity consulting.

•    Interview with a Consultant

An Edgilis Consultant will discuss and assess your skills and potential, as well as your fit as a future Consultant with us.

•    Engagement Interview

Here, we evaluate both your situational and interpersonal skills, and your analytical and critical thinking ability.

•    Interview with a Partner or Managing Director
